Adult Wellness Programs
Adult Nature-based Walking Group
We know that spending more time in nature can benefit our physical and mental wellness, but sometimes we need a little bit of motivation to actually DO what we know is good for us. We can help! Join us for our weekly Walking in Nature course, a structured opportunity to develop skills to incorporate more nature into your daily routines.
Walking outdoors not only has great physical health benefits, but our brains love being in nature too. We will discuss the cognitive and psychological benefits of spending time outdoors as well as teach practical strategies to support "getting outside" more as a way to support your own wellness. Course is facilitated by experienced healthcare professionals (Amy & Kathryn). See our About Us section for more details.
