Kathryn Servais
Registered Occupational Therapist

Kathryn is a nature-loving Occupational Therapist with more than 15 years experience working with children, youth, adults and families to support their health and wellness goals. She has worked in a variety of settings including specialized summer camps, outdoor education centres, international schools, Indigenous communities, school-based rehabilitation services and inpatient and outpatient mental health programs. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta as well as a Bachelor of Education with a specialization in Outdoor Ecological and Experiential Education from Lakehead University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Psychology from McGill University. In her spare time, Kathryn loves reading, snacking and spending time outdoors with her family and young daughter. She is a registered Parks Prescription provider.
Amy McAleese
Recreation Therapist
Amy has over 8 years experience working as a Recreation Therapist in Addictions and Mental Health. In 2022 Amy was awarded the Alberta Therapeutic Recreation Professional of the year award. In her spare time Amy volunteers with the Alberta Therapeutic Recreation Association. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, snowboarding, camping, hiking and swimming. Amy has a strong interest and passion for helping and supporting others and their wellness goals. Amy is a co-facilitator with the Adult Walking for Wellness adult group program.
